Frequently Asked
Questions

I’ve put together some answers to the questions I’m often asked about my therapy services. I hope this helps you find what you need so you can focus on your well-being.

What services do you offer?

I offer one-to-one therapy and coaching for neurodivergent women, as well as couples therapy. My approach is brief, solution-focused, and tailored to your individual needs.

Who do you work with?

I specialise in supporting ADHD, autistic and AuDHD women aged 30+ who are navigating perimenopause or menopause. I also welcome women who are newly diagnosed or exploring their neurodivergent identity.

What issues can you help with?

I support clients with emotional regulation, burnout, executive function challenges, sensory sensitivities, relationship difficulties, and the impact of hormonal changes. Together, we focus on improving wellbeing, self-understanding, and sustainable strategies that truly fit your life.

What is your approach?

My work is solution-focused, compassionate, and practical. As a neurodivergent woman myself, I bring lived experience alongside professional expertise. You’ll find a space that is warm, validating, and free from judgment.

How long are sessions and what is the cost?

Individual therapy and coaching sessions are 60 minutes and cost £70 per session.

Couples therapy is £100 per session.

Do you offer in-person or online sessions?

Yes, both. Sessions are available face-to-face in Frome or online via Zoom. Online sessions offer flexibility and accessibility, and are often preferred.

What can I expect from working with you?

You can expect a calm, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. We’ll focus on realistic goal-setting, emotional wellbeing, and building sustainable strategies that work with your neurodivergent nervous system.

Do I need a formal diagnosis?

No. You are welcome whether you have a formal diagnosis, are self-identified, or simply exploring whether you may be ADHD, autistic or both – AuDHD.

What makes your work different?

This is a specialist, affirming space focused on the intersection of neurodivergence and menopause. I combine over ten years of experience with lived understanding, offering support that is both deeply compassionate and practically effective—without overwhelm or judgment.

Still have questions?

You’re very welcome to get in touch. I’m happy to answer any queries and help you decide whether this feels like the right support for you.
